The initiative is dedicated to the Dynamics and operational Forecasts of Mediterranean cyclones (DynForMed). Philipp Zschenderlein is currently collecting operational forecasts from participants, starting with a case study (the recent medicane Ianos) to test the technical side and develop diagnostics, with the later goal to setup an operational website with current forecasts.
